Overview
Snow tubing is like the ultimate sled ride: the run is always slick, your ride is always fast, and there’s no trudge up a steep snowy hill to get to the top for your next run. Take the carpet lift up, then whiz down a groomed, 500-ft long run on your blow-up snow tube. It’s fast, fun, and a thrill for kids and adults of all ages. Plus, the carpet lift often runs after regular lifts shut down, making tubing a fun family evening activity.
Where to Snow Tube
Head to Big Sky Resort for their 500-ft long snow tubing run, up the slope from Snowcrest Lodge & Village Center. It's right next to Adrian’s Way carpet lift and a small terrain park, where you can practice your moves on rails, boxes, and kickers.
Rentals & Fees
Big Sky lift tickets don’t cover snow tubing, so you’ll have to get a separate pass at the Ticket Sales window. 2010/11 prices are TBA.
