4th of July Celebration
Every Fourth of July the skies over Big Sky, Montana light up thanks to the Arts Council of Big Sky and other area organizations. The Big Sky Fourth of July Celebration is a community event that brings together locals and visitors for a day full of activities and live music, capped off with a lively showcase of fireworks.
Aside from the spectacular scenery and plethora of outdoor activities, one of the highlights of summer in Big Sky, Montana is the annual Big Sky Fourth of July Celebration. A true community event, the celebration takes place at the center of town at the Meadow Village Concert Stage.
Community booths and children's activities are complemented by an array of food and beverages at the event, which is free of charge. Live music is a highlight of the Celebration, perhaps only upstaged by the grand finale of fireworks, sponsored by the Big Sky Chamber of Commerce. Small town living is at its best with this charming celebration of patriotism and community spirit in the heart of Montana's Rocky Mountains.
