Where is Big Sky Resort?

Big Sky Resort is located at the top of the road in Big Sky Montana. It's about an hour south of Bozeman. From the turnoff along US 191, drive roughly 9 miles up the road to the base of Big Sky Resort. When is the ski area open?

For winter activities the resort is open from late November to the middle of April, 9am to 4pm Daily. During the summer months, the resort is open from early June to mid October.

How much does it cost to ski at Big Sky?

Adult tickets cost $89. If you want to combine the mountains of Big Sky Resort and Moonlight Basin for the Biggest Skiing in America, tickets are $103. More pricing.

What other activities does Big Sky Resort offer?

Other than skiing and boarding in the winter months, enjoy a zipline, bungee trampoline, laser tag, and a spa at the base area. In the summer months visitors will love scenic chairlift rides, lift-accessed cross country and downhill mountain biking, hiking trails, mini golf, disc golf, bungee trampoline, and a giant swing.
